3. How our contact form works

The Site is a static website with no form database. When you submit the contact form, no data is sent to or stored on an XVANTIS server at that step: instead your browser opens your own email application with a pre-filled message that you send to us. The transmission is therefore handled by your own email provider under its terms. Once we receive your email, we process it as described in this Policy.
